You can issue a full or partial refund to the buyer to end the dispute as follows:
1. Log in to your PayPal account;
2. Click the mediation center at the top of the page;
3. Select the unresolved incident in the drop-down box to find the relevant transaction;
4. Click the event number under the details column;
5. Click to issue a full refund or issue a partial refund. If you issue a full refund, the dispute will be automatically closed. You can also issue a partial refund to the buyer. If the buyer agrees to your proposal, the dispute will end. If the partial refund amount you offer is less than the amount requested by the buyer, the buyer can choose to accept or reject your refund.
Will PayPal refund if the order is cancelled?
PayPal will give the seller about 10 days to process the order.
