1。 Commonpaperpackaging materials
Singlepowder (single coatedpaper)
Commonly usedpaper box materials, thepaper thickness ranges from 80g to 400g, and the higher thickness requires two sheets to be mounted.
Thepaper is glossy and matte, and only the glossy side can beprinted. There is no restriction onprinting color.
Double copper
Commonly used carton materials, thepaper thickness ranges from 80g to 400g, and the higher thickness requires twopieces of laminating. Both sides are smooth and can beprinted on both sides. The biggest difference with single artpaper is that it can beprinted on both sides.
corrugatedpaper
Single corrugatedpaper and double corrugatedpaper are commonly used. Light weight, good structuralperformance, strongbearing capacity and moisture resistance. It canprint in various colors, but the effect is not as good as that of singlepowder and double copper.
cardboard
is often used to make gift box structures, with a layer of single artpaper or specialpaper on the surface.
Common colors are black, white, gray and yellow, and the thickness is selected according to the load-bearing needs. If the mounting is singlepowder, theprintingprocess is the same as that of singlepowder; If it is a specialpaper, most of it can only be hot-stamped, and some of it can be simplyprinted.
Specialpaper
There are many kinds of specialpaper, and the commonly usedpackaging materials are embossedpaper, patternedpaper, gold and silver foilpaper, etc. After special treatment, thesepapers can improve the texture and grade ofpackaging. Neither embossedpaper norpatternedpaper can beprinted, and goldpaper can beprinted in four colors.
2。 Commonprintingprocess
Four-colorprinting
Four colors, namely cyan (c), magenta (m), yellow (y) and black (k), can be mixed by these four inks, and finally color graphics and texts can be realized.
Spot colorprinting
Spot color refers toprinting this color with a specific ink whenprinting. There are many spot colors, such as special gold and special silver. You can refer to Pantone color card, but spot color cannot realize gradientprinting.
laminating
Afterprinting, there are two kinds of transparentplastic films attached to the surface ofprinted matter, namely, light film and sub-film, whichplay a role inprotecting and increasing luster, and at the same time can increase the hardness and tensileproperties ofpaper.
UVprinting
Theparts ofprinted matter that need to be highlighted are locallypolished to make the localpatterns more stereoscopic.
hot stamping
hot stamping is to use theprinciple of hotpressing to form a special metallic luster effect on the surface ofprinted matter. Hot stamping can only be monochrome.
bump
A set of concave and convex templates corresponding to the yin and yang ofpictures and texts are adopted, and the substrate isplaced between them, and the embossed concave-convex effect ispressed by applyingpressure. All kinds ofpaper can be used, but cardboard can’t be embossed.
codeprinting
The logo (production date, shelf life, batch number, corporate logo, etc.) can beprinted on theproduct by using the codeprinting machine, which is flexible.
