First, be able toparticipate in various current affairs andpolitical studies, adhere to the integration of theory withpractice, start from me, start from the small things around us, guide children with correct ideas, and do a good job in education.
Second, children in small classes have just entered thepark, leaving the familiar living environment, and dealing with strange kindergartens is always full of fear and fear. At this time, I can treat every child as my own child and care for them from the bottom of my heart. The children have just entered thepark, so we should take more and more care of their lives. I can attract children with kind tone, warm hug, meticulous care and friendly smile, so that children can quickly adapt to kindergarten life. At the beginning of school, some children don’t like to eat in kindergarten. Every time they see the food on the table, they either say that I’m not hungry, or I don’t want to eat, and sometimes they even spit after eating. In order to make children like to eat, we have adopted various methods:
First, we shouldpay attention to increasing children’s activities in daily life, and use thepre-meal session to talk about my favorite things in class. We willpraise any child who has improved a little.
Second, for individual children with weak skills, other teachers and I instruct them how to hold spoons, how to eat, etc., and sometimes encourage children. Teachers feed them a few mouthfuls first, and then they eat from themselves. Children who eat well, reward small red flowers and so on.
Third, communicate withparents in time and tell them about the improvement of their children bit by bit. At the same time, parents are expected to cooperate with teachers and cultivate their children’s ability to take care of themselves at home, let them eat by themselves and not bepicky about food, so as to consolidate the good habits formed in kindergarten. Gradually, the children’s eating mood has improved, and they all like to eat. They can finish their meals, and some children will take the initiative to ask for more meals. The change of children makes me feel from the bottom of my heart that my hard work has not been in vain.
Fourth, in terms of health care, we should focus on cultivating children’s living habits, helping them to know themselves and learn the habit of separating men and women. Cultivate children’s good habits of washing hands before and after meals and wiping their mouths after meals, and urge children to drink more boiled water. Because there are many young children in our class who arepoor in self-care, they should helpthem when they urinate, and some often urinate on theirpants. At this time, I will wipe their bodies, put on clean clothes and wash their wetpants.
When exercising, wipe the sweat of children who sweat too much in time toprevent colds. Give abnormal care to frail and sick children. I do a good job of disinfection and cleaning every day, strengthen the health care of children, manage siesta, and make every child fall asleep. Do a good job inpreventing common diseases of children, and often use bask in the quilt andpillows to reduce the growth of bacteria.
Generally speaking, life teachers are also very important for young children, because their daily life is managed by you. Therefore, to become intimate friends of young children and gain the trust of every child, it takes a lot of sweat and self-enthusiasm and love to infect them. After living and studying together for half a semester, I have established deepfeelings with children, and I am deeplyproud of my career by hearing their happy laughter and seeing their sweet smiling faces.
